ClearCorrect Long Island, Clear Braces

The latest innovation in clear braces treatment, ClearCorrect has introduced a new option to teeth straightening, helping patients maintain the confidence to smile while aligning their way to a beautiful smile. In the past, the only options for patients who needed to correct the alignments of their teeth were unappealing wires and embarrassing headgear. With advances in dentistry, we can now proudly offer patients the straight smile they’ve always wanted without the embarrassment, discomfort, and inconvenience of traditional braces. At Nosov Cosmetic Dentistry, we offer patients ClearCorrect in Long Island as an alternative to traditional braces and other methods of clear braces.

What is ClearCorrect?

As an alternative to traditional braces and Invisalign®, patients may opt for ClearCorrect in Long Island. The ClearCorrect system is similar to Invisalign®, using a set of clear aligners to straighten teeth.  Like Invisalign®, ClearCorrect is a system of invisible aligners worn to treat crowded, spaced, and crooked teeth as well as over and under bite, but some patients, however, find ClearCorrect more cost efficient. ClearCorrect is worn all the time, except when eating, drinking, brushing and flossing and holds many advantages over traditional braces.

Advantages of ClearCorrect
Shorter treatment than traditional braces
More cost efficient than Invisalign®
Minimally invasive
Invisible, so no one knows you’re undergoing treatment
Resistant to clouding during wear
Removable for eating and drinking, brushing, and flossing
Allows for easy cleaning of teeth without the hassle of working around wires
Comfortable to wear

How does ClearCorrect work?

Dr. Nosov will complete a 3D dental x-ray of your teeth. These x-rays are sent to the ClearCorrect lab, where your new set of aligners are specially designed with the goal of fitting comfortably against teeth. For moderate alignment cases, patients will need 32 steps of treatments delivered in 8 phases. For minor cases, treatment can be completed in as little as 12 steps, delivered in 3 phases. During each step, you will receive a new set of aligners to wear within each phase of treatment.
